PROJECT: Remodeled 8 story, 400 unit high-end condominium building featuring a fitness center and pool, and within walking distance to Nationals Stadium.

PROJECT NAME: FEMA Offices/Warehouse

PROJECT LOCATION: Winchester, VA

PROJECT: Base building construction of the 2nd largest FEMA facility in the country consisting of 120,400 sf of office space and a 35,000 sf warehouse. This was the first commercial building in Frederick County, VA to be certified “Green” by the U.S. Green Building Council who developed the LEED rating system.

This high-end hotel and retail space includes common areas and corridors with radius bulkheads, barreled drywall ceilings, lightcove bulkheads, floating wood ceilings, and reveals.
